B3313 (v0.7) Update 11

Fixes for a bunch of stuff, most notably the scroll texture effects crashing 3 levels

What's new?

• Fixed crashes caused by scrolling textures

• Restored the original hack's ending (as the tweak was a temp fix for crashing in ending CG. The alt ending can still be found if you look hard enough though ;P )

• Made it possible to collect every star, even if you mess up the MIPS order

• Added a some funny boxes around the plexus that spawn at "100%" or upon hitting the yellow switch

• Restored beta bully model (no more ice bullies in non-ice levels)

• Tweaked moveset again, fixed sliding even more

• Added some "flavor text" when entering some areas for the first time (like the beta level text and sewer maze entry, which were already there but not cued)
